A RESOLUTION TO APPROVE SHURTZ FAMILY FARM APPLICATION PURSUANT TO REVISED CODE SECTION 929.02

BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the Village of West Lafayette, State of Ohio as follows:

SECTION 1: In accordance with the application of Shurtz Family Farm by William Shurtz, general partner, pursuant to Section 929.02 Ohio Revised Code the new application for placement of +/- 11.764 acres being Parcel No. 020-00000702 into agriculture district is approved.

SECTION II: This resolution shall take effect and be in full force and from and after the earliest period allowed by law.
