ORDINANCE TO APPROVE EMPLOYMENT AGREEMENT

AND NON-COMPETITION AGREEMENT

NOW THEREFORE BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the Village of West Lafayette, State of Ohio as follows:

SECTION I. That Tye Twarog be hired as the Water/Waste Water Technician for the Village of West Lafayette, Ohio and that he will not be required to reside in the Village of West Lafayette, Ohio provided he will respond and be present timely when needed.

SECTION II. That the Mayor is authorized and directed to sign the Employment Contract and Non-Competition Agreement with the employee

SECTION III. That this Ordinance shall be and is hereby declared to be an emergency measure necessary to preserve the health, welfare, and safety of the citizens of the Village of West Lafayette, Ohio, and shall take effect immediately upon passage by Council.
