A RESOLUTION TO AMEND THE 2008 PERMANENT APPROPRIATIONS ORDINANCE 2007-35, ADDING FUNDS

BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the Village of West Lafayette, State of Ohio, as follows:

SECTION I:  That there be and hereby added to the following fund as follows:

601.104.523400          PRO SVCS – FILT/WATER                           $  500.00

601.106.523000          CONTR SVCS – DIST/WATER                     $2,500.00

601.106.524000          SUPPLIES – DIST/WATER                            $  500.00

601.110.523000          CONTR SVCS – WATER/ADMIN                $3,500.00

SECTION II:  That this Resolution shall take effect and be in full force immediately upon passage by Council.
