A RESOLUTION TO AMEND THE 2008 PERMANENT APPROPRIATIONS ORDINANCE 2007-35, ADDING FUNDS

BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the Village of West Lafayette, State of Ohio, as follows:

SECTION I:  That there be and hereby added to the following fund as follows:

101.109523000           CONTR SVCS – LAND/BUILDINGS           $11,000.00

601.102.923000          CONTR SVCS – LAND/BUILDINGS           $ 5,120.00

605.305.524000          SUPPLIES – POOL                                        $ 2,000.00

SECTION II:  That this Resolution shall take effect and be in full force immediately upon passage by Council.
