A RESOLUTION TO TRANSFER MONIES

WITHIN THE (602) SEWER FUND.

BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the Village of West Lafayette, State of Ohio, as follows:

SECTION I:  That there by and hereby transferred to the following funds as follows:

602.105.525002          SEWER CAPITAL OUTLAY/  PUMP TO:

602.109523000           CONTR SVCS – LAND/BLD            $ 2000.00

SECTION II:  That this Resolution shall take effect and be in full force immediately upon passage by Council.
