A RESOLUTION TO AMEND THE 2008 PERMANENT APPROPRIATIONS ORDINANCE 2007-35, ADDING FUNDS

BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the Village of West Lafayette, State of Ohio, as follows:

SECTION I:  That there be and hereby added to the following fund as follows:

201.202.525000          CAP OUT – PAVING                                     $12,000.00

601.109.523000          CONTR SVCS – LAND/BLD WATER          $  5,000.00

605.305.524000          SUPPLIES – POOL OPS                                $  1,000.00

605.310.524200          CONCESSION SUPPLIES                            $     800.00

SECTION II:  That this Resolution shall take effect and be in full force immediately upon passage by Council.
