A RESOLUTION TRANSFERRING FUNDS FROM THE GENERAL FUND (101) TO STREET FUND (201)

BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the Village of West Lafayette, State of Ohio, as follows: 

SECTION I:  That there by and hereby transferred to the following funds as follows:

GENERAL FUND (101) $35,000.00 TO STREET FUND (201) to pay for expenses related to partial paving of Johnson Road.

SECTION II:  That this Resolution shall take effect and be in full force immediately upon passage by Council.
