NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the Village of West Lafayette, State of Ohio as follows: SECTION I. The council for the Village of West Lafayette, Ohio has determined that purchase of land described herein is in the best interests of the citizens and the Village of West Lafayette, Ohio. The real estate is located in the Village of West Lafayette, Ohio and is more particularly described as follows: Situated in the County of Coshocton in the State of Ohio and in the Village of West Lafayette and bounded and described as follows: Being LOT NUMBER ONE HUNDRED TEN (110) in J.M. Burts Second Addition to the Village of West Lafayette, Ohio, as same is marked and delineated in Plat Book 1, Transcribed, Page 9, Coshocton County Plat Records, Old Lot Number SIXTEEN (16). Parcel No. 020-00000688-00 Last Record(s) of Conveyance: Volume 9, Page 73, Coshocton County Official Records SECTION II. The Village of West Lafayette, Ohio upon delivery of the deed for premises described in Section I authorizes and instructs the Fiscal Officer to make payment of Twenty Four Thousand Five Hundred and 00/100 ($24,500.00) Dollars together with costs of recording said deed. SECTION III: That the Village of West Lafayette, Ohio declares this ordinance to be an emergency necessary for the health, safety, and welfare of the citizens of West Lafayette, Ohio for reason said real property is needed for use and protection of the Village properties and the closing for said real estate purchase is to take place within sixty (60) days of signing the purchase contract.
