A RESOLUTION TO AMEND THE 2008 PERMANENT APPROPRIATIONS ORDINANCE 2007-35, ADDING FUNDS

BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the Village of West Lafayette, State of Ohio, as follows:

SECTION I:  That there be and hereby added to the following fund as follows:

201.202.521100                      WAGES – STREET                                        $2,500.00

201.202.521203                      OPERS – STREET                                        $   500.00

201.202.521204                      MEDICARE – STREET                                  $   500.00

401.106.523000                      CONTR SVCS - BROWNFIELD                     $8,730.87

602.108.524500                      FUEL – AUTO/WATER                                  $1,000.00

SECTION II:  That this Resolution shall take effect and be in full force immediately upon passage by Council.
