A RESOLUTION TO AMEND THE 2008 PERMANENT APPROPRIATIONS ORDINANCE 2007-35, ADDING FUNDS

BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the Village of West Lafayette, State of Ohio, as follows:

SECTION I:  That there be and hereby added to the following fund as follows:

101.103.523100                      UTILITIES – STR LIGHTS                                   $2,500.00

101.710.524800                      TAX REFUNDS                                          $1,500.00

101.704.521100                      WAGES – CLK/TREAS                           $1,050.00

SECTION II:  That this Resolution shall take effect and be in full force immediately upon passage by Council.
