ORDINANCE TO AUTHORIZE AND DIRECT THE MAYOR TO SIGN AN EMPLOYMENT AND NON-COMPETITIVE AGREEMENT WITH TYE TWAROG

NOW THEREFORE BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the Village of West Lafayette, State of Ohio as follows:

SECTION I.   The Mayor is authorized and directed to sign the attached employment agreement with Tye Twarog.

SECTION II.  The Mayor is authorized and directed to sign the attached non-competition agreement with Tye Twarog.

SECTION III. That this Ordinance shall be and is hereby declared to be an emergency measure for reason the employee is now working and is necessary to preserve the health, welfare, and safety of the citizens of the Village of West Lafayette, Ohio, and shall take effect immediately upon passage by Council.
